How can I make my room a punk / Party feel to it? Please help!?

I have quite a small room with double bed and office, I also have a huge wardrobe the left side. I am not allowed to repaint it (it's cream colored) and I I am not allowed to put posters or something about the war because it leaves oil mark or something. I have a picture pop-art Kurt Cobain on the wall that did on canvas and framed poster of your favorite my band the drummer autographed and message to me. There is little space behind the door me (from my wardrobe), where I can put some posters, but really you can not see them anywhere in the room me. What kind of jewelry, I guess, can I put in my room? Thank you. Also, if you have any pictures that would be great.

Need posters, so ask parents to help put up support of them.I know a friend who did it. Take colored quilt (if you can get with one large group photo, great. or try mosaic or Indian embroidery) A futuristic-gray metal clock on the wall. And if an ordinary wardrobe hours, plaster it with pictures or photos.
